For Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Iceland, Israel, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa and Switzerland, duties and taxes cannot be prepaid and may be collected separately by the courier before delivery. For customized dolls, we will send you photos of your finished doll before shipping. Once you confirm, we’ll proceed with delivery. However, for dolls from our EU or US stock (identifier in the names), no photos are sent since these dolls are pre-made and stored in our warehouses, ready for immediate shipment exactly as shown in the product photos.

Custom dolls are built for your order: you choose height, body, head, skin tone, hair, eyes and other options, production takes about 3 weeks and shipping 7 to 14 days, and you receive factory photos of your finished doll for approval before it ships.

In-stock dolls (marked USA Stock or EU Stock) are pre-made and stored in our warehouse. They ship within a few business days and arrive in about 2 to 7 business days, exactly as shown in the product photos, but they cannot be customized and no factory photos are sent.

Ready-to-ship (in-stock) dolls are not covered by the standard 30-day return unless specifically approved.

All returns must be approved by Joy Love Dolls before anything is sent back: email support@joylovedolls.com with your order number first. Damaged, faulty or incorrect products are always handled; contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Toys and accessories: most orders ship the same or next business day, so cancellation after confirmation is usually not possible, but unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Sex dolls: you may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@joylovedolls.com with your order number, full name and the email used for the order. A 20% cancellation fee may apply, so an approved cancellation receives an 80% refund. After 24 hours cancellation is generally no longer possible because production may already have started.
