Return and refund policy:
We take product quality extremely seriously. Every order is thoroughly inspected, tested & photographed before delivery. If you notice defect or damage at your order:
- Do not use a doll. If the doll is used, we cannot process if the doll is used.
- Report problem with photos to our support after 24-hours order received (email@example.com)
- We will investigate the issue & photos and get back to you.
- In most of cases we change damaged part, if it has happened during transport.
Returns & Refunds
Since our products are custom made and specially made for you, unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds in any reason.
Although we do not accept returns and refunds, order cancellation is possible in 24 hours after the order is placed. Manufacturing usually takes 1-3 days and we can stop manufacturing process, but we charge -20% restocking fee. Because of manufacturing process has started, we offer 80% refund within 24 hours. After 24h order cancelation is not possible.

Doll Modification After Order is Placed:
Please, remember to check your order precisely before completing your order. Doll manufacturing starts immediately after order is placed. We offer to order in 24 hours, but after the 24 hour window order modification is not possible.
- We charge $120 of order modifications.

Custom Fees And Taxes:
- We pay and handle customs to the USA, Europe & UK.
- For countries that charge Import fees, they are the buyer's responsibility. If a customs fee is charged in your country. We will announce this on the checkout page.
