Custom Sex Dolls

Most customized dolls are made to order.

For eligible custom orders, factory photos and/or videos may be provided before shipping so you can review the completed doll.

4. Shipping
Delivery normally takes approximately 7-14 days after production.

You will receive tracking information when your order ships.

For many custom dolls, the complete process takes approximately 3-4 weeks, but more complex customizations can take longer.

Ready to Ship Dolls

Ready to Ship dolls are already stocked in a warehouse and can usually be delivered much faster than custom-made products.

Shipping Costs

JLD Members: Free express shipping where the current member shipping benefit applies.

Guest Orders: Shipping is generally $4.50, $14.90, with free shipping available on qualifying orders over $50.

The exact shipping cost shown at checkout is the final applicable rate for your order and destination.

Customs & Import Duties

For many destinations, JLD ships using DDP, Delivered Duty Paid.

This means customs clearance and applicable import duties are handled before delivery, so you normally do not need to pay additional import charges when the package arrives.

For some countries, duties and taxes cannot be prepaid. In those destinations, the courier or customs authority may charge import fees before delivery.

Availability depends on the manufacturer and product, so factory confirmation should not be assumed for every item.

Shipping Protection

Optional Worry-Free Delivery shipping protection may be available at checkout through Seel in partnership with Parcel Panel.

Depending on the covered order and destination, protection can include claims for:

• package loss

• shipping damage

• delivery delays

• theft after delivery

Coverage terms, limits and eligibility are determined by the shipping protection provider.

As of March 25, 2026, increased U.S. customs inspection activity may add approximately 10 days or more to some shipments entering the United States.
