IronAI started as a single idea: a doll that can hold a real conversation. In 2026 it has grown into a modular system. Irontech now uses one name, IronAI, for a family of separate modules – a conversation system, a control unit, and a new bionic lower-body module called IronAI Bionic VaginaX that senses interaction and responds with heating, clamping and suction, vibration and sound on its own.
That naming is convenient, but it also causes confusion. Buyers ask us whether "IronAI" means the talking head, the app, or the new lower-body module. This guide explains each part in plain language: what it does, what it needs to work, where the limits are, and how to decide which option fits you. Everything below is based on Irontech's official naming and configuration guidelines, the IronAI Bionic VaginaX user manual, and the manufacturer's product page.

The IronAI family at a glance
In its August 2026 naming guidelines Irontech assigned an official product name to every IronAI module. The model codes are still used internally, so you may see both on spec sheets. Here is the complete list:
| Model code | Official name | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| EIB100 | IronAI TalkX – Intelligent Conversation System | The voice and conversation module built into the head (formerly called the "AI voice box"). |
| EIB101 | IronAI CoreAI | The control unit that runs and coordinates the system. Required for Bionic VaginaX. |
| EIB300 | IronAI OralX | Oral movement module (as the name indicates). |
| EIB301 | IronAI HipX | Hip movement module (as the name indicates). |
| EIB302 | IronAI DualX (IronAI Oral & Hip SyncX) | Synchronised oral and hip movement in one configuration. |
| EIB500 | IronAI Bionic VaginaX | The new bionic lower-body module: sensing, adaptive heating, clamping & suction, vibration and offline audio. |
This article focuses on the two modules most buyers ask about – TalkX and Bionic VaginaX – and on CoreAI, because Bionic VaginaX cannot run without it. If you want the background story of the original IronAI head and its companion features, read our earlier guide What Is IronAI? The built-in AI companion option.
IronAI TalkX – the Intelligent Conversation System
IronAI TalkX (model EIB100) is the conversation module. It is the part of the system that listens, understands and answers with a voice, and it is what most people mean when they say "an AI doll".
What TalkX does
- Natural voice conversation. You speak, the doll answers. The module is installed inside the head cavity, so there is no external speaker box to hide.
- Conversation starts with a gentle head movement. There is no wake word and no button to press; a light touch that moves the head opens the conversation, and after the interaction the system returns to rest mode.
- Long-term memory. Conversation history, personal preferences, favourite topics and interaction style are remembered, so later conversations build on earlier ones instead of starting from zero.
- One device, one personality. Each TalkX unit is tied to one character profile, which keeps the voice and the personality consistent over time.
- Multiple languages. English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese and Chinese are supported today, and further languages can arrive through updates.
- Over-the-air updates. The system improves through OTA updates delivered via the app, so the conversation quality you get on day one is not the ceiling.
- Private, encrypted account. Conversations and memories are stored in the user's own account – hardware-independent and encrypted – with a 1:1 connection between the doll and the app.
What TalkX needs
TalkX uses Wi-Fi for the AI conversation itself: the speech understanding and the answers are generated online, so an internet connection is required for voice chat. Setup, text chat and account management happen in the Dollia app. If you want the full detail on app setup, text chat and the companion features, our IronAI explained guide walks through it; the IronAI single silicone head page lists the currently available head sculpts.
How it is sold
On compatible product pages the module appears as a "Buy IronAI" add-on option. IronAI is now available for all silicone heads. The device normally sits in a recessed compartment under the wig; if you want implanted hair, the IronAI box can be supplied separately from the head instead, so implanted hair is no longer a blocker. Check the option box on the product page for the current price and any running promotion.
Realistic expectations
TalkX is a conversation system, not a motion system. It does not move the body, and it does not heat or vibrate. Speech quality depends on your internet connection, and – as with any AI assistant – it works best when you speak clearly and one person at a time. Buyers who expect "a robot" will be disappointed; buyers who want a companion that remembers last week's conversation are usually the ones who love it.
IronAI CoreAI – the brain of the system
IronAI CoreAI (model EIB101) is the control unit. It does not talk and it does not move anything by itself; it powers, controls and coordinates the modules connected to it. Bionic VaginaX must be used together with CoreAI – the unit is included with VaginaX, and VaginaX cannot run as a standalone system.

CoreAI in practice
- Connect a compatible power supply, then press and hold the PWR button for about 3 seconds to power on. CoreAI does not switch on automatically when power is connected.
- CoreAI connects to your phone over Bluetooth and is bound to your account in the Dollia app. Binding is done once, before first use.
- The same 3-second press powers it off; always disconnect external power afterwards.
- CoreAI is not waterproof. Never immerse, rinse or place it in water; clean it only with a soft dry cloth.

IronAI Bionic VaginaX – the bionic lower-body module
IronAI Bionic VaginaX (model EIB500) is Irontech's independently developed bionic lower-body system. Built-in sensors detect movement and interaction, and the module responds automatically with adaptive heating, clamping and suction, vibration and offline audio. It launched in August 2026 as an option for compatible silicone dolls.

The core idea: sensing and automatic response
The most important thing to understand about Bionic VaginaX is that it is built around automatic sensing and automatic response. Once it is connected, powered and set up, the functions switch on and off by themselves based on what the sensors detect. There is no Start button and no Stop button in the app. That surprises some first-time users, so it is worth knowing before you order: you set two preferences, and the module does the rest.
Irontech summarises the system in four features: Intelligent Response (it senses interaction and reacts as it changes), Natural Warmth (heating held at roughly 33–44 °C), Responsive Feedback (it tracks interaction patterns such as frequency and speed and adapts the clamping response) and Personalized Control (tightness and sensitivity set in the Dollia app).
Adaptive heating (33–44 °C)

- Heating starts automatically when the system detects that the device has begun moving – nothing to tap in the app.
- Operating range is approximately 33 °C to 44 °C. After heating begins it normally takes about 15–20 minutes to reach roughly 40 °C.
- The system regulates itself: as it approaches the upper limit of about 44 °C it stops heating further, and it may resume automatically once the temperature drops. It will not keep climbing.
- When you stop and keep the device still, heating switches off by itself after the firmware-defined stationary period.

Intelligent responsive clamping, suction and vibration

- When the module detects an interaction state it automatically activates clamping and suction, vibration and offline audio together.
- The response is not a fixed loop: the system tracks the pattern of interaction – frequency and speed – and adapts the clamping accordingly.
- Intensity is governed by the Tightness Control setting (five levels) described below; how quickly it reacts is governed by Sensitivity (five levels).
- After the interaction ends the system keeps monitoring. If no further interaction is detected for about 2 consecutive minutes, audio, clamping & suction and vibration stop on their own.

Sound: offline audio, and what happens to voice chat
Bionic VaginaX has its own voice feedback – "auto moaning" in Irontech's launch wording – played as local offline audio during interaction. Because of that, Irontech's configuration rule is simple: if you choose Bionic VaginaX, you do not need to add TalkX separately for sound. One practical detail to know: while the module is in its offline interactive feedback state, AI voice chat and voice-command recognition are paused and only the local audio plays. AI voice functions resume once the interaction ends and the system leaves offline feedback mode.
Bionic VaginaX also has an idle state that reduces power consumption, automatic idle shutdown and power-protection features, and the user manual notes that the final functions and timing parameters depend on the actual hardware and firmware version – expect small refinements through updates.
The Dollia app: the two settings that matter
The Dollia app is the single control point for the IronAI system – the same app that manages TalkX accounts also shows CoreAI status and the Intimate Mode page for Bionic VaginaX. For Bionic VaginaX the app deliberately exposes only two experience parameters.

Sensitivity (5 levels)
Adjusts how sensitively the system responds to changes in interaction – a gentler response at low levels, a more reactive response at high levels. Sensitivity does not mean mechanical speed.
Tightness Control (5 levels)
Adjusts the intensity of clamping, suction and contraction feedback – lighter at low levels, a more noticeable enveloping sensation in the middle, stronger clamping and suction at the top.
Irontech's advice for both settings is the same: start low or medium the first time, change one level at a time, and evaluate the actual feedback before moving again. The app also offers a restart-module button that re-calibrates the sensing if feedback ever seems off.

How TalkX and Bionic VaginaX work together
Because the modules share CoreAI and the Dollia app, they can be combined – but there are two configuration rules that come straight from Irontech.
Rule 1: VaginaX includes CoreAI – no separate TalkX purchase
IronAI Bionic VaginaX ships together with the IronAI CoreAI unit, so you do not need to add IronAI TalkX as a separate paid option. VaginaX already includes voice feedback and interaction functionality. If you also want to talk with your doll, you simply activate the monthly AI conversation subscription in the Dollia app – there is no extra hardware charge for TalkX.
Rule 2: the old standalone options are gone
The former website options "Vagina Automatic Clamp & Suck" and "Moaning Function" have been removed from Irontech's line-up. Those functions are now integrated into IronAI Bionic VaginaX and are no longer sold separately. If you were planning to order one of the old options, Bionic VaginaX is the replacement.
If you are comparing these with the sound and heating add-ons offered by other brands, our guides on moaning and interactive dolls and how heating and sound accessories work give the wider context.
Compatibility and limitations
These are the restrictions Irontech has published for IronAI Bionic VaginaX. Please read them before configuring a doll, because they rule out some combinations entirely.
- CoreAI is required – and included. Bionic VaginaX ships with the IronAI CoreAI control unit and cannot be used without it.
- Not compatible with an anal-function configuration.
- Not available for detachable / separate lower-body configurations.
- Temporarily unavailable for TPE products. At launch Bionic VaginaX is offered for Irontech's silicone dolls only.
- Sold as a factory option, configured when the doll is ordered – it is not a retrofit kit. On our site it appears as the IronAI Bionic VaginaX option on compatible Irontech and Real Lady silicone models – see the product page for the current option price.
You can browse the compatible silicone line-up in our Irontech Doll collection and the Real Lady collection; if you are unsure whether a specific model, head or body combination qualifies, ask us before ordering and we will confirm with the factory.
First use, step by step
This is the first-use sequence from the IronAI Bionic VaginaX user manual, condensed.
- Pre-use check. Confirm CoreAI, the Bionic VaginaX module, power supply, cables and connectors show no damage or looseness, and that all electrical connectors are completely dry. Make sure device binding has been completed in the Dollia app.
- Connect power and start CoreAI. Attach a compatible power supply, then press and hold PWR for about 3 seconds.
- Open the Dollia app. Go to the Device page, confirm CoreAI is online and that the Intimate Mode page for Bionic VaginaX is displayed.
- Set Sensitivity. Start at a low or medium level.
- Set Tightness Control. Start low; increase gradually after confirming comfort.
- Heating starts by itself when movement is detected. Allow 15–20 minutes to reach about 40 °C.
- Interactive feedback starts by itself when an interaction state is detected – audio, clamping & suction and vibration. It cannot be forced on via the app, voice commands or buttons.
- Adjust during use only in the app, one level at a time.
- Ending. Feedback stops automatically after about 2 minutes without interaction; heating stops after the device has been still for the firmware-defined period. Then hold PWR for about 3 seconds to power off and disconnect external power.

Cleaning, care and safety
- Always power off and disconnect the power supply before cleaning.
- CoreAI: soft dry cloth only. Never immerse, rinse or place it in water.
- Doll surface: soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cleaning cloth. No immersion, no high-pressure rinsing, no corrosive cleaners, strong acids/alkalis, acetone or other solvents.
- The channel itself may be rinsed with clean water and body wash: fill the cleaning device with clean water, rinse, then insert the drying rod and let it dry.
- Make sure every connector is completely dry before reconnecting power.
- For storage, disconnect power and keep the product cool, dry and out of direct sunlight; inspect the cable, connectors and fixed connection points regularly.
Quick troubleshooting
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| CoreAI will not power on | Power not connected, loose cable or abnormal supply | Check supply and cable, then hold PWR for ~3 s again. |
| App cannot find the device | Bluetooth/permissions off, or connected to another phone | Enable permissions, move closer, disconnect other phones, retry. |
| Heating does not start | Movement not detected or power abnormal | Confirm CoreAI is on and powered, gently move the device and observe. |
| Temperature stops rising | Near the ~44 °C upper limit | Normal temperature control; heating may resume once it cools slightly. |
| Clamping/suction, vibration or audio does not start | No interaction state detected | Check the connection, retrigger detection, or tap the restart-module button in the app to recalibrate. |
| Feedback feels weak or barely noticeable | Tightness or Sensitivity level too low | Raise one level at a time – do not jump several levels. |
| AI voice does not respond during use | System is in offline feedback mode | Normal – voice returns after the interaction ends and feedback stops. |
| Feedback or heating does not stop | Device still detected as moving / in interaction | Keep it still and wait ~2 min (feedback) or the stationary period (heating); otherwise use restart-module, then power off and contact support if it persists. |

Frequently asked questions
Is IronAI Bionic VaginaX the same thing as IronAI?
No. "IronAI" is the family name. Bionic VaginaX is the lower-body module (heating, clamping & suction, vibration, sound); TalkX is the conversation module in the head; CoreAI is the control unit. Bionic VaginaX comes with CoreAI and does not require a separate TalkX purchase – conversation is activated through the monthly subscription in the Dollia app.
Does Bionic VaginaX have to be used with CoreAI?
Yes. CoreAI handles system control and coordination; Bionic VaginaX cannot run as a standalone system.
Can I turn Bionic VaginaX on or off manually in the app?
No. Heating and interactive feedback start and stop automatically according to movement and interaction status. The app is for viewing status and adjusting Sensitivity and Tightness Control.
Why is there no heating Start button?
Heating uses automatic triggering: when the system detects device movement, heating starts by itself.
How warm does it get, and will it keep heating?
The range is approximately 33–44 °C. It takes about 15–20 minutes to reach roughly 40 °C, and at about 44 °C the system stops heating further. It regulates itself and will not heat indefinitely.
Why is AI voice unavailable while the module is active?
In offline interactive feedback mode the system pauses AI voice chat and voice commands and plays only local offline audio. Voice functions resume after the interaction ends.
Do I need Wi-Fi?
Not for heating or the interactive feedback – they use local detection. Wi-Fi is needed for AI voice chat and cloud features.
Can I add Bionic VaginaX to a TPE doll, or with an anal function or detachable lower body?
Not at launch: it is temporarily unavailable for TPE, and it is not compatible with an anal-function configuration or with detachable / separate lower-body configurations.
What if I wanted the old "Clamp & Suck" or "Moaning" options?
Those standalone options have been removed. Their functions are now integrated into IronAI Bionic VaginaX.
Which IronAI option is right for you?
You want conversation first
Choose an IronAI head with TalkX. You get voice chat, memory, multiple languages and OTA updates; you need Wi-Fi. Physical feedback is not part of this module.
You want physical response first
Choose Bionic VaginaX + CoreAI on a compatible silicone doll. Heating, adaptive clamping & suction, vibration and sound, all automatic, with two simple app settings. No Wi-Fi needed for these functions.
You want both
Choose Bionic VaginaX (CoreAI included) and activate the monthly AI conversation subscription in the Dollia app – no separate TalkX purchase is needed. Remember that voice chat pauses while VaginaX is in active feedback mode and returns afterwards – the two do not run at the same time.
Whatever you choose, the same honest advice applies: these are precision electronic modules inside a silicone body. Follow the care rules, keep CoreAI dry, change settings one level at a time, and expect Irontech to refine timing and behaviour through firmware updates. If you want help configuring a compatible model, the team at Joy Love Dolls can check any head, body and option combination with the factory before you order – and our AI and robotic doll collection is the quickest place to see what is currently available.
