For made-to-order dolls, we send photos of your finished doll before shipping, and once you confirm, we proceed with delivery. Dolls from our EU or US stock are pre-made and ship exactly as shown in the product photos, so no photos are sent for them.

Custom dolls are made to order. We aim for you to receive your doll in 3–4 weeks, and you get a tracking number as soon as it is ready. Dolls stocked in our EU or US warehouses ship faster but cannot be customized.

Dolls marked “USA Stock” or “EU Stock” are ready to ship from a local warehouse and arrive in 5–7 days. They ship exactly as shown and cannot be customized. Made-to-order dolls take about 3 weeks to produce plus 7–14 days of shipping.

The product photos show the real model from the manufacturer. For made-to-order dolls you also receive factory photos of your own finished doll before it ships, and you can still request corrections at that stage. Your doll only ships after you approve it.

Premium dolls are built on a fully articulated skeleton with hand-finished facial detail, skin texture and makeup. Silicone holds very fine detail in the face and skin, while TPE feels especially soft. Selected models also offer features such as implanted hair, a movable jaw or built-in heating — the features of each model are listed on its product page.

We only sell dolls from established manufacturers, and every doll comes with the manufacturer’s anti-counterfeit code as a certificate of authenticity. Made-to-order dolls are photographed at the factory after production so you can check yours before it ships.

Do not use the doll. Send photos to support@joylovedolls.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange replacement parts or another solution with the manufacturer. For USA and Canada orders you can also add Worry-Free Shipping Protection at checkout.

Yes. Worry-Free Shipping Protection is available at checkout for USA and Canada orders. For other countries, the checkout shows whether it is available for your order. It covers loss, damage and theft during transit, so you are not left without a solution if something happens on the way.

Orders are delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS. You receive a tracking number as soon as your doll ships, plus status updates by email.

Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are possible within 12 hours and cancellations within 24 hours of ordering; fees may apply as described in our refund policy. After that the doll is already in production.

For hygiene reasons dolls cannot be returned once they have shipped. That is exactly why made-to-order dolls are confirmed with factory photos first — and if a doll arrives faulty or damaged, we resolve it with replacement parts or another approved solution.
