Frequently asked questions
When will my order arrive? What is the ETA?
Toys and adult products ship from stock. USA & Canada: 2-3 business days. UK & EU: 5-14 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Express shipping is free on orders over $50. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes. Your privacy is important to us, so our packages come in plain cardboard without logos or any product description on the outside.
Where is my tracking number?
After placing your order you receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you get another email with the tracking number. You can also follow your order on the order status page.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return guarantee on unused items. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery in its original, unopened packaging for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can only be returned if they are faulty.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We arrange a replacement or a refund. Route Shipping Protection, when added to your order, also covers damage and loss in transit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Toy orders are usually dispatched the same day, so cancellations and changes are not possible after the order confirmation. If you change your mind, simply use the 30 day return guarantee after delivery.
I received my order, but something is missing. What should I do?
Some items ship separately and may arrive at different times. If part of your order is missing, contact our customer service with your order number. We check the shipments on our end and make sure anything left out gets sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Joy Love Dolls gift cards. Klarna lets you split the purchase into monthly payments.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
