Both are used by the leading manufacturers.

Silicone holds very fine facial and skin detail, is less porous, easier to keep clean and more heat and stain resistant.

TPE feels especially soft to the touch and is usually more affordable. Many models let you choose the body material in the options, and the material of this doll is listed in the specifications above.

Clean the insert thoroughly after each use and let it dry before storing. Use only water-based lubricant; silicone-based or oil-based lubes can damage TPE and silicone.

For the doll itself, follow the manufacturer's care instructions supplied with your order. The exact height and weight are listed on this page, so you can judge how easily you can move, dress and store the doll before you order.
