If it looks like part of your order is missing, don’t worry, we’ll look into it for you. Some items may ship separately and arrive at different times. We’ll check the details on our end and, if needed, contact the supplier to confirm what’s been sent. If anything was left out, we’ll make sure it gets sorted for you as quickly as possible.

If your order arrives with any damage or quality issues, such as tears, stains, or broken parts, please send us clear photos so we can escalate the case to the factory for review. Once they’ve assessed the issue, we’ll update you with their response. Every situation is handled individually, and depending on the problem, the factory may offer to send a replacement part, suggest a repair solution (such as glue), or in some cases, issue a partial refund. We’re here to make sure you’re taken care of and will keep you informed at every step.

We have a 20% cancellation fee once an order is placed. This policy exists because all dolls are made to order.

We understand this can be frustrating, which is why we recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming.

For customized dolls, we will send you photos of your finished doll before shipping. Once you confirm, we’ll proceed with delivery. However, for dolls from our EU or US stock (identifier in the names), no photos are sent since these dolls are pre-made and stored in our warehouses, ready for immediate shipment exactly as shown in the product photos.

Soft heads are made from flexible, ultra-realistic silicone or TPE that feels more lifelike to the touch and allows for slight movement or compression. They often include implanted hair and movable jaw options for added realism.

Hard heads, on the other hand, are more rigid and durable, typically made with firmer silicone. While they don’t offer as much give or flexibility, they often allow for more precise facial detailing and are easier to clean and maintain.

Summary:

Soft head = more realistic feel, softer texture, often more expressive.

Hard head = more durable, easier to clean, better for makeup/styling precision.

Articulated hands are realistically jointed hands that contain an internal skeleton or frame, allowing independent finger movement, more natural posing, and enhanced durability.

✅ Key Benefits of Articulated Hands:

Lifelike Flexibility: Each finger can bend and pose individually, mimicking real hand movement.

Enhanced Realism: Perfect for photography or display, as the hands look natural even when resting or gripping.

Improved Durability: Stronger structure reduces the risk of finger wire breakage, which is common in basic dolls with non-articulated hands.

Better Grip & Expression: Enables your doll to hold items, pose gently, or rest her hands in more relaxed and natural positions.

🛠️ Materials & Structure:

Articulated hands are typically made with metal joints (like shown in the image) enclosed in TPE or silicone. They’re designed to replicate human bone articulation, often with 3 or more movable sections per finger.

Implanted hair refers to individually rooted strands of hair that are manually inserted into the doll’s scalp, rather than using a removable wig. This technique creates a more natural and realistic appearance, especially when parting or styling the hair.

✅ Key Benefits of Implanted Hair:

Realistic Look & Feel: The hair appears to grow from the scalp, creating a natural hairline and part.

No Wig Slipping: Unlike wigs, implanted hair stays in place and won’t shift during use.

Style Versatility: You can comb, braid, or style the hair freely just like you would with natural hair.

Premium Touch: Often made with real human hair or high-quality synthetic fibers for a soft, luxurious feel.

🧠 Good to Know:

Implanted hair is typically available on silicone head dolls, as the material holds the hair better than TPE.

It’s more time-consuming and labor-intensive to produce, so dolls with implanted hair are usually in the premium price range.

Proper care is required, use mild shampoo and avoid pulling or tugging to extend the life of the hair.

Just like heads, sex dolls can come with soft or hard hands, each with unique benefits depending on the desired realism, durability, and use.

🧤 Soft Hands:

Made from ultra-soft TPE or silicone, they feel more realistic to the touch.

Better for gentle posing or close-up photography where realism matters.

Slightly squishy, mimicking the texture of a real human hand.

May be more delicate, especially around the fingers if not reinforced.

🛡️ Hard Hands:

Made from firmer silicone or layered materials, offering more structure.

More durable and resistant to damage during frequent handling or movement.

Typically better for holding poses or supporting objects.

Less lifelike feel compared to soft hands, but more practical for long-term use.

In short:

Soft hands = ultra-realistic feel, more delicate.

Hard hands = tougher, more structured, ideal for durability.

Sex dolls come with different breast types to match your preference for realism, softness, and weight. Here’s how they compare:

🔹 Small Breasts

Naturally smaller in size (A or B cups typically).

Lighter and more compact, ideal if you prefer a petite or athletic doll build.

Can still be made with any internal material (solid, hollow, or gel-filled).

🔸 Hollow Breasts

Filled with air pockets, making them soft and squeezable.

Offer a jiggly, bouncy feel, similar to light natural breasts.

Lightweight – reduces overall doll weight.

More affordable, but can slightly deform over time with heavy use.

🟣 Gel-Filled Breasts

Filled with a special soft gel, closely mimicking the feel of natural breast tissue.

Heavier and more realistic – they move, bounce, and squish like real breasts.

Premium option for those who want ultra-realism and softness.

Slightly more expensive and adds weight to the doll’s chest.

Quick Summary:

Small: Firm & light, Light, Realism depends on fill

Hollow: Soft & Bouncy, Very light, Moderate Realism

Gel-Filled: Ultra-soft, lifelike jiggle, Heavier, High Realism

Yes! you absolutely should! Using lubricant is highly recommended when using the JLD vagina insert to ensure comfort, realism, and to protect the material.

✅ Best Practices:

- Use only water-based lubricant - it's safe for both TPE and silicone materials.

- Avoid silicone-based or oil-based lubes, as they can damage the insert over time.

- Lubrication enhances the realism and prevents friction, making the experience smoother and more pleasurable.

- Clean the insert thoroughly after each use and allow it to dry before storing.

Tip: For the most realistic experience, gently warm the insert in warm water before use, then apply a generous amount of lube.

The JLD Movable Jaw is a premium feature available on select dolls that allows the mouth to open and close realistically, just like a real person.

✅ Key Benefits:

- Functional Oral Movement: The jaw can open naturally, enhancing realism during oral interaction and posing.

- Better Expression for Photos: Perfect for lifelike facial expressions in photography or display.

- Anatomically Designed: Includes a soft tongue and realistic oral cavity for added detail and sensation.

- Durable & Flexible: Built with an internal hinge or joint system that allows movement while staying stable over time.

⚠️ Good to Know:

- Only available on specific head types, typically with silicone material.

- Always handle gently to avoid damaging the internal hinge or soft materials.

- Use water-based lube only if using for oral purposes, and clean thoroughly after use.

In short: The movable jaw brings your doll to life, both visually and functionally, adding a premium level of realism and interactivity.

Our Sucking Vagina feature is a high-tech upgrade available on select JLD™ dolls that delivers an automatic suction experience , designed to feel incredibly lifelike and immersive.

✅ Key Features:

- Automatic Suction Function: Built-in mechanism creates a gentle, rhythmic suction for added pleasure, simulating natural movement.

- Hands-Free Experience: Once activated, the system works on its own for maximum comfort and realism.

- Adjustable Settings: Some models include multiple intensity levels to match your personal preference.

- Internal Texturing: Combined with soft TPE or silicone and realistic textures, the experience is smooth, tight, and natural.

🧠 How It Works:

- Powered by a quiet motor (USB rechargeable or battery-powered, depending on the model).

- Activated by a button or remote (check your specific model for instructions).

- Works best with water-based lubricant to enhance comfort and realism.

Note: This feature is available on select high-end dolls only, check the customization options or contact support to see if your preferred model includes the sucking vagina upgrade.

A Gel Butt is a premium feature where the doll’s buttocks are filled with a soft, jiggly gel material that closely mimics the feel, bounce, and softness of real human tissue.

✅ Key Benefits:

- Ultra-Realistic Feel: The gel filling makes the buttocks squishy and lifelike to the touch, similar to a real body.

- Natural Bounce & Movement: Moves and reacts just like real skin and fat when touched, slapped, or during use.

- More Comfort in Play: Feels better during intimate moments or when positioning the doll in different poses.

- Premium Experience: Often paired with soft hips and thighs for full lower-body realism.

⚠️ Good to Know:

- Available mostly on TPE dolls and select silicone models.

- Slightly heavier than standard solid hips, but worth it for the added realism.

- Handle with care to preserve the soft texture over time.

Summary: If you want a doll with a realistic, squeezable, and jiggly backside the Gel Butt upgrade is a must-have for the most lifelike experience.

The EVO Skeleton is our next-generation internal joint system that gives your doll more realistic, flexible, and durable movement , allowing for lifelike posing, better balance, and smoother articulation.

✅ Key Features:

- Double Jointed Shoulders & Knees: Enables your doll to hug, squat, kneel, cross legs, and pose naturally.

- Full Range of Motion: Advanced design allows for more human-like flexibility, especially in arms, back, hips, and neck.

- Stronger Core Frame: Built with upgraded stainless steel and reinforced joints for better durability and long-term use.

- Click/Lock System: Joints hold positions firmly during posing without collapsing, making photography and play much easier.

🧘 What It Means for You:

- More Realistic Poses: Perfect for photo shoots, positioning, or even just sitting/lying naturally.

- Increased Durability: Reduces wear on joints over time, fewer issues with loose limbs or misalignment.

- Better Balance: EVO skeletons are designed to maintain posture, whether standing or lying down.

Summary: The EVO Skeleton takes realism to the next level, giving your doll human-like motion, posing ability, and long-lasting strength from the inside out.
